Late Appointments.

Erin T. Rhodes, DDS, Family Dentistry, takes pride in punctuality and understands that time is valuable. It is important to us that all patients arrive on time for scheduled appointments. If you have an appointment and are running late, please give us a call as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. Depending on the nature of your visit, we may need to reschedule to ensure adequate time for your care.

Missed Appointments.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give us a call immediately so we may offer the appointment to another patient.

Missed appointments with no notice take time away from patients who could have been seen. If a patient misses or reschedules three or more appointments in a calendar year, they may be asked to leave the practice due to noncompliance.

COVID-19 Policies.

Our office is committed to the safety and well-being of our staff and patients. Therefore, we are continuing to follow local, state and CDC guidelines pertaining to COVID-19. We kindly ask that our guests continue to wear their masks upon entry and respect our decision in working to keep everyone safe.
